Meet Fargo’s Elite Dental Team

Friendly, caring, and filled to the brim with dental knowledge, they’re ready to change the way you feel about going to the dentist one relaxing and well-organized appointment at a time. Each member has been hand-selected by our dentists based on their skill and training, and they’ll quickly make you wonder how you ever got along without them!

Nicole, Treatment Coordinator

Financial coordinator Nicole

Nicole has been working in the dental field for nearly five years now. She studied at the North Dakota State College of Science and is a Registered Dental Hygienist, as well as a proud AADOM member. She’s also certified in dental lasers. What she enjoys most about her position at Cornerstone Dental is meeting so many wonderful patients and helping them in every way she is able to!

Nicole hails from Battle Lake, MN and has a young daughter at home. Her hobbies include reading, biking, fishing, traveling, and spending lots of time at the lake. She also recently completed a triathlon and hopes to do another one within the next year.

Benton, Dental Hygienist

Benton is originally from Mandan and has been working in the dental world for over five years so far. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Dakota before completing his RDH through Minnesota State Community & Technical College. Today, he enjoys playing a very important role in the oral health of his valued patients.

Benton is happily married and has two energetic Boston Terriers. His personal hobbies include hunting, fishing, running, and going on cruises. An interesting fact about him: he actually has an identical twin brother!

Ashley, Dental Assistant/Dental Hygienist

Ashley studied at North Dakota State College of Science before completing her Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene at the University of Minnesota in Mankato. Today, her career in oral healthcare spans nearly a decade. She also has advanced training in CEREC, orthodontics, nitrous oxide, dental laser therapy, phlebotomy, and PRP. What she enjoys most about her position is being able to help patients feel great about their smiles!

Ashley originally hails from Wahpeton and currently lives in Fargo. She and her husband Justin have a son named Liam who just turned one. In her free time, you can usually find her playing tennis, singing in the church choir, watching her husband coach wrestling, and hanging out with family and friends.

Lisa, Dental Assistant/Dental Hygienist

Lisa is a relatively new member of our team, but she already loves being able to spend quality time with her coworkers and getting to know the patients well throughout each appointment. She graduated with her Associates of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the North Dakota State College of Science in May of 2019 and is certified in CPR and local anesthesia.

Originally from Wyndmere, Lisa is the youngest of three girls. She spends her free time at the lake, water skiing, playing volleyball, and hanging out with her family and friends. She is also no stranger to driving a 4-wheel drive articulating farm tractor!

Cassie, Dental Assistant/Dental Hygienist

Although Cassie is one of the newest members of our team, she has been helping patients achieve pristine oral health for over a decade now! She is originally from Devils Lake and completed her studies at both MSCTC and NDSCS. All these years later, her favorite part of her job continues to be the opportunity to genuinely get to know each of her patients.

Cassie actually just moved back from Iowa! She is happily married and has two boys and two dogs. Her interests outside of dentistry include spending time with her family, knitting, quilting, traveling, and crafting.

Krista, Dental Assistant

Krista’s career in the dental field impressively spans almost 25 years and counting, and she has a genuine passion for helping other people improve their oral health. She studied at Minnesota State Community & Technical College. In addition to being a Certified/Registered Dental Assistant, she has advanced training in orthodontics, CEREC, phlebotomy, and PRP.

Krista and her husband Derrick have three grown children named Sara, Tanner, and Gabrielle. Whenever she’s not busy at the practice, you can find her working on her hobby farm, where she cares for horses, dogs, cats, and chickens.

Rachelle, Dental Assistant

Rachelle’s career in the dental field spans almost 10 years so far. She graduated from the North Dakota State College of Science in 2011 and also has advanced training in the SOLEA laser and nitrous oxide. She really enjoys helping patients achieve smiles they can feel proud of!

Originally from Breckenridge, Rachelle has a three-year-old son named Mackson at home. Whenever she’s not busy at work, you can find her traveling, skiing in the winters, golfing, being outside during the summer months, trying new restaurants, and going to concerts.

Jocelyn, Front Desk Coordinator

A North Dakota native, Jocelyn attended North Dakota State University before entering the world of dentistry. She may be a newer face on our team, but her love for meeting our patients and helping our practice run smoothly has made her a perfect fit from the start. In fact, those are two of her favorite aspects of her job!

In her spare time, she loves going to the lake, spending time with her nephew, singing, and organizing. She also has a cat named Khaleesi!

Sharon, Registered Dental Hygienist

Although Sharon may be a relatively new member of our practice, she has been helping patients achieve healthier, happier smiles for over two decades now! To this day, her favorite part of her job continues to be establishing genuine relationships with her patients and helping them feel at ease in the treatment chair. She earned her bachelor’s degree at MSU and her associate’s degree in dental hygiene. Treating patients, especially those with periodontal disease, is very rewarding for her.

Outside of dentistry, Sharon’s interests include fishing, hiking, biking, golfing, and going on long walks with her dog, Abby. She also enjoys spending lots of time with her three kids, who range from 14 to 23 years old.

Arlana, Front Desk Coordinator

Arlana earned her bachelor’s degree at NDSU before joining our team. With over five years of experience in customer service, she loves going above and beyond to ensure every patient is comfortable, happy, and cared for at our practice. When asked about her favorite part of her job, she shared that it is her welcoming coworkers and getting to learn so much about an awesome field!

Originally from St. Louis Park, MN, Arlana comes from a family of loving and supportive people. In her free time, she enjoys getting outside and being active at the gym. One thing you may not know about her is that she is fluent in Pig Latin.

Heidi, Marketing Coordinator

Heidi has been a member of our dental family for nearly 15 years, and she’s worn many hats over that span of time, including dental assistant, dental hygienist, administrator, and sterilization coordinator. She loves being able to make the dental experience fun and engaging for both the patients and our team members! As for education, she studied dental hygiene at Minnesota State Community & Technical College.

Originally from Moorhead, MN, Heidi is happily married with three kids. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking healthy meals for her family, riding her bike, and scoping out good deals at estate sales. She has been a vegetarian for over a decade now!

Patty Ann, Practice Manager (Retired)

For nearly 50 years, Patty has spent her days going the extra mile to ensure each patient has a phenomenal experience at the dentist. We are thrilled she devoted the last two decades to our team, using her vast knowledge, kind demeanor, and caring personality to make our practice a great place to be.

Although we will miss seeing her daily, we do wish her the absolute best retirement (where she plans to spend time with family, enjoy solitude at the lake, and just be still).
